Staff of the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development[MoFED has on Friday 18th July bade farewell to the outgoing Minister of State 1 in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development Mr Momodu Kargbo.

The Government of Sierra Leone through the Development Aid Coordinating Office[DACO} in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development[MoFED} has on Wednesday 18th June 2014 hosted the fourth International Dialogue on peace Building and state Building at the Bintumani international Conference Centre. According to report the g7+ is a voluntary association of countries that are or have been affected by conflict, and are now in transition to the next stages of development.

The Public Financial Management Reform Unit in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development [MoFED] has on Wednesday 14th May 2014, held its Second Quarterly Public Financial Management Technical Committee meeting at the Ministry’s Conference Room.

The Accountant General Department in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development[MoFED], has ended a one day sensitization workshop on the Treasury Single Account[TSA} at the Miata Conference hall.

MoFED Holds Presidential DEPAC

The Donor Aid Coordinating Office (DACO) in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development (MoFED) has on Tuesday 4th February 2014 held Presidential Development Partnership Committee meeting at State House. Welcoming participants to the meeting the President Dr Ernest Bai Koroma, thanked his co-Chairs and the Minister of Finance and Economic development for having successfully chaired the regular DEPAC meetings in 2013.
